At the Dublin Writer's Museum, Dublin’s literary celebrities from the past three hundred years are brought to life through their books, letters, portraits and personal items.
Dublinia is one of the most popular visitor attractions in the city. The exhibition portrays life in medieval Dublin from the coming of the Anglo-Normans in 1170 to the closure of the monasteries and the Reformation circa 1540. Dublinia’s aim is to interpret and explore our medieval heritage and to entertain and educate visitors from Ireland and overseas. IRISH MUSEUM OF MODERN ART The Irish Museum of Modern Art is Ireland's leading national institution for the collection and presentation of modern and contemporary art. JAMES JOYCE CENTRE The Centre is dedicated to promoting an understanding of the life and works of James Joyce and aims to provide a unique, personal view of the man, his work and his minutely observed origins. On permanent exhibit is the door to number 7 Eccles Street - home to Leopold Bloom, possibly the most famous address in all literature - and furniture from the apartment of Paul Leon in Paris where Joyce wrote much of Finnegans Wake. Temporary exhibitions interpret and illuminate various aspects of Joyce's life and work.
The Bram Stoker Dracula Experience is a uniquely different, most interesting, brilliantly, entertaining, interactive, educational and very scary adventure based on the life of Bram Stoker his great vampire creation (Dracula) and horror in general.
